The Future is Handmade

Imagine storing a precious piece of jewellery in a box that is equally precious or sending a warm sweet or savoury dish to a loved one, not in any ordinary box, but in a vibrant, hand painted Tiffin Box or, wearing an embroidered face mask that keeps you safe in style.

The creations that make the above possible are not just artefacts - they are a reflection of age-old traditions, culture, and ultimately, stories that are deeply personal and innately human. Each handcrafted piece is flavoured by the life experiences of the creator, reflecting their unique taste, and filled with their love.

In the age of AI, where you can make an artwork by typing in just one prompt, or have your photos recreated in the styles of master animators and painters, it may seem counterintuitive to state that the future is, in fact, handmade. However, we believe that in  this age of of technical leaps and easy reproductions, it is the original arts and crafts made with hand, heart, and soul, that will shine the brightest.

Every stroke of the paintbrush, every mark on a work of clay, every thread of embroidery tells a story. A story so vast, so intricate, so nuanced, that it cannot be explained in words. We bring you the finest of arts and handcrafted pieces, that are not just beautiful to look at, not just wonderful to hold, but also carry within them stories. So be it Embroidered Masks made by Indigenous Toda Artisans from the Nilgiris; or products made from Tree-Free, Handmade Paper be it Hand-painted Tiffin Boxes from Kashmir that reflect the vibrant culture of the region through beautiful motifs painted with enamel on steel; or Inlay Work on Marble from Agra, each of our offerings is not just a decorative item, but an experience, a story, and a labour of love.

"At All Nice Things, every handmade piece is curated with care — because if every artefact tells a story, then each one is, in truth, a masterpiece."
